There are two parking and boat launching and mooring areas, each has a picnic table, a pit latrine and a portable ADA latrine during the summer months. Persons who wish to launch a boat at High Point must have their boats registered through the fish commission or obtain a Use (Launch) permit wherever licenses are sold.
