High Point Lake is owned by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and maintained by the Pennsylvania Fish Commission for boating and fishing purposes. There are two parking and boat launching and mooring areas, each has a picnic table, a pit latrine and a portable ADA latrine during the summer months. Persons who wish to launch a boat at High Point must have their boats registered through the fish commission or obtain a Use (Launch) permit wherever licenses are sold.
