Long Description:
Big cowboy at Bill's Truck Stop on I85 just north of Salisbury near the junction with Hwy 52.

He's been around for a long time. We remember him from out childhood (1950's). He used to hold a tire, now he holds a flag.

The food at Bill's is reported to be good too.
