If you ever find yourself at Toronto's airport, be sure to visit this time capsule and beautiful clock. It's located at the northern end of the Terminal 3 building, Departures Level, near the international baggage check in. The plaque on the base of the clock states "This time capsule commemorates the opening of Trillium Terminal 3, Canada's first privately developed, owned and operated Air Terminal, February 21, 1991."
There is no indication on the plaque (or in a Google search) of when the capsule will be opened.
