Official description: THE MARK IS LOCATED ON THE TRI-CITY AIRPORT, SULLIVAN COUNTY, TENNESSEE. IT IS A STANDARD DISK CEMENTED IN A DRILL HOLE IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE 5 FOOT BY 6 FOOT DECK OF ELECTRIC CABLE HANDHOLE DESIGNATED H.H. 22, 59.7 FEET NW OF A FIRE HYDRANT, 47.7 FEET NW OF THE SW CORNER OF THE FAA AND WEATHER BUREAU BUILDING, 15.5 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH CORNER OF THE ENTRANCE STEPS TO THIS BUILDING, 6 FEET NNE OF THE CENTER OF A SIDEWALK, 3.3 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTER OF THE METAL HANDHOLE COVER, 0.4 FOOT ESE OF THE NW EDGE OF THE CONCRETE DECK, AND 0.4 FOOT SSW OF THE NE EDGE OF THE CONCRETE DECK.

Last found 7/5/04. You have to circle the building to get to the actual cache outside the airport perimeter fence. NWS building still exists as does the hydrant. BM shares the concrete deck with a manhole cover.
