Hollister is not home to any urban sophistication but it is home to a lot of bikers and to the annual Hollister Motorcycle Rally, so there was a pent-up market for a tattoo shop. One of the tattoo artists has been drawing since he was a kid, and can handle art requests. Unfortunately, the shop gives an unfavorable impression to the community, since it also is a smoke shop with rolling papers etc, which makes it seem to be about skirting the law.
