Five pointed star shaped memorial, with bronze plaques and seals of the branches of service, as well as flags, located just southwest of the old hospital building.

The bronze plaques are at the intersection of each starpoint and commemorate veterans of Spanish American War, World War I, World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War. The plaques show figures & scenes from the period and list the number of "participants" and "deaths in service." (The latter number seems too high in all cases.)

Description of Memorial: Found by biking into the hospital grounds. I found out that photography is no longer allowed on the grounds, but they let me keep my shots of monuments.
