Try to follow this routing per Google Maps or your Nuvi:
From: 1700 Park Dr Kingsport, TN 37660
1. Head northwest on Park Dr toward S Eastman Rd
2. Turn left at S Eastman Rd 0.3 mi
3. Continue on Grant Pl/Ivory St 0.1 mi
4. Continue on S Eastman Rd 0.2 mi
5. Turn left at Happy Hill Rd
To: 1700 Happy Hill Rd Kingsport, TN 37660

You might have a problem at Step #3. The bridge has been abandoned for many years. Both ends of the bridge have guard rails blocking access. Appears to be solid for foot traffic, but there is little reason to cross over between the neighborhood (on the south) into contractor area supporting Eastman Chemical Company (on the north).

Otherwise, it is rusting abandoned truss bridge over "Big Sluice" along the south edge of Long Island.
