The Springleaf Tower is a silver steel clad buidling located next to two taller skyscrapers; the International Plaza and 8 Shenton Way.

During its construction, the Springleaf Tower was mired in some controversy when the developer of the building ran into financial trouble which was resolved in a complex set of barter arrangements. After a series of lawsuits, the matter was cleared up and the building was ready for occupancy.

In October 2007, 12 floors of the building sold for $225 million (SGD).
