According to the web site "The Korean War Monument, a 4-foot wide, 3 1/2-foot tall monument honors veterans of the Korean conflict. The monument includes inscribed insignia from the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, the Merchant Marine, and the U.S. Coast Guard. The monument was moved from a piece of land outside the St. Peters Police Department where it remained from June 2004-November 2008. The Korean War Veteran’s Association of St. Charles County Chapter 6 paid for the monument."
