There are actually two ghost signs on this building. This, to me, is easier to read than the other.
The Kennedy Biscuit Works was once a large bakery that was later merged into the New York Biscuit Company, which was one of three that formed the National Biscuit Company (Nabisco). The Fig Newton was first made at this location.
Currently, the building is known as the Kennedy Biscuit Lofts. Take a walk down Franklin Street to see the entrance which has adornments that are in the form of the crackers and cookies made there.
