The R. Garrity Barge Boat #122 is now on permanent display along the Erie Canal that was once it's watery home!
Located at the foot of the bridge at Delaware and Niagara Streets in Tonawanda, NY, is a section of Gateway Park. Here is where the town has placed the barge boat.
A nicer....summertime....photo of the boat may be viewed in the link provided.
And in the summertime, there are many tours available along the canal, as it has been maintained for our recreational use!
