Long Description:
Beckman's sells wholesale to local grocers and restaurants, making about 15,000 loaves per day. The company mills its own grain for its natural bread line. They also bake pastries, such as butter croissants and cherry turnovers, which are available at the shop here. However, Beckman's does not actually own the shop here, which bakes other deserts, and makes sandwiches and coffee. So this is the best of both worlds, whole grain bread and gooey cakes and cookies.
