The OUB Center's 280 meter height makes it one of the tallest buidings in Singapore. A feat that it shares with two other buildings. No other buildings will surpass this height as there is a 280 meter limit on buildings in Singapore imposed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.
The buildings contruction is that of two triangles next to each other. The outer skin of the building is a aluminum alloy that is treated to change colour as the sun moves across the sky.
Next to the buiding is a shopping center.
