Inside the city park, this is completely surrounded by an iron fence, just intended to keep bikers under control. Some skaters don't like the park because the short space between features and the tight fence does not allow room to run out speed. The city requires helmets and pads, and posted separate hours/days for skaters and bikes (enforcement is sporadic).
