Solid three-star rating. The river rock lodge style fits in well with the rolling hills along I-26 Exit 3. The hotel was a joint partnership between City of Kingsport, Marriott Corp, and Eastman Chemical Company. Expansion plans are already underway to add even more rooms and business accomodations.

Sold out during race weekends at Bristol Motor Speedway. Food City Family Race night held in adjacent convention center in August.
Justification for Recommendation:
Enjoyed the views around the facility. Price was just above budget hotels in the area with much nicer accomodations.
