This municipal pier is open from 5AM to 2AM every day. There is a fee to park, but pedestrian and bicycle access is free, and the area is served by public bus. According to CA fishing regulations, no license is required to fish from this ocean pier (or from any other free public-access pier in CA). However, all other fishing regulations (size, bag limits, and seasons) still apply.
