Not the prettiest (kind of dingy and grey, with the cardinal direction stamped into cement) or the largest (it is about 3.5 ft in diameter), this was a surprise find at the base of a flagpole in Jerusalem Lutheran Church's cemetery. It is located right behind a war memorial.
