Water Mover - Seattle Art and Seek on Waymarking.com

Water Mover located at Ernst Park in Fremont are sets of painted steel channels supported by cross braces that flow rainwater into a bucket. This artwork was created by Jenny Heishman and commissioned by the Seattle Parks and Recreation Department by the Pro Parks Levy 1% for art funds.
