Baskins Creek Falls - Waterfalls on Waymarking.com

This waterfall is located off the Baskins Creek trail off the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail in Gatlinburg, TN.

There are two places along the Motor Nature Trail that Baskins Creek Trail crosses. We've posted coordinates for parking at the 2nd place. It's about 1.7 miles to the falls from here.

Park near N35 41.654 W083 27.998 and head west on the trail. You'll almost immediately pass a cemetery that's being restored. The trail goes fairly steeply downhill after a while, and you'll come to what looks like it could be a fork (N35 41.656 W083 28.724) in the trail. You'll want to take the left "fork," crossing the creek and heading uphill. When you come to a wooden sign (N35 41.575 W083 28.772) indicating how far it is to the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail again, and Trillium Gap Tr I believe, you'll want to go BEHIND the sign on an unmarked trail. It's a pretty beaten path - you'll have no trouble finding or following it. This trail will take you down and around to the falls.
