Small flatiron building near Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea. The alleyway to the left goes between this building and the embankment of a railway. Typical use with a small store on the bottom and residence on the top.

Maybe not a grand office building, but this building on a narrow back street against the embankment of a railbed takes advantage of the available space.
The age of this building cannot be determined, but this is one of the few streets in this area that looks about the same as it did when I lived a few blocks from here in 1972-3.
There are several pasageways near here that lead under the railway where Yonsei University is located - one of Koreas oldest and best schools established by Christian missionaries.
