This memorial is located on the grounds of the former Catawba County Courthouse. This building is now the Catawba County Museum of History.

There is parking all around this Courthouse Memorial as it sits on a square in the middle of downtown Newton. The monument can be located at S. Main, W.A, S. College, and W. 1st Sts.

This is a multi-war memorial honoring those Catawabans who lost their lives in the different wars.
