This Apple store is located inside Market Mall in the west end of Calgary near the university.

This Apple store is relatively new having opened on 27 Sep, 2008. It is the only the second one in Alberta and the 9th one in Canada. Being new it attracted a large crowd on it's opening day. I'm sure they did a booming business in iPods then.
The store is located pretty close to the center of the mall so any of the entrances will get you there easily.
Store hours are as follows.
Mon - Fri:10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sat:9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sun:11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
