Dobyns-Bennett High School (known locally as just DB) was completed in 1967 to serve the expanding student population. It is constructed as a series of irregular-shaped pods to hold the different academic functions for 9th thru 12th grades. Best way to appreciate the odd shaped pods is to take a look at a satellite image or Google Earth.
