Truxton Drive used to be the main road north out of Kingsport to the Lynn Garden neighborhood. Found the house as expected with grey siding and classic roof. The current owner came over to see why I was taking pictures of his home.
The garage is not the Lustron design, but just concrete block. Otherwise the exterior may be the same as it was long ago.
