Three panel granite memorial with a central panel higher than the flanking panels. The memorial is backed by three flagpoles. On the left panel is a brief inscription and the five emblems of the uniformed services. The Central panel contains the main dedication in two parts with the list of the 24 Franklin County veterans who lost their lives in the war in the center. On the right panel is another short inscription along with engraved depiction of the three soldiers bronze statue location at the National Vietnam War Memorial in Washington, D.C. Memorial is located in a tiered garden with memorial benches arrayed on each of the tiers.
