This Shelter is located on W. Cass St & S. Clinton Rd.
There is no outside sign on this building. I had originally stopped to ask to take pictures of their Civil Defense siren and to use the rest room. The rest room was in the basement. When I got to the bottom stairs and looked across the landing, there was the smaller shelter sign. no capacity listed. I asked about it, they didn't know what it was. All the supplies and meters were destroyed according to the city manager.
