Steele Creek Park is a large wooded city park with a reservoir where fishing is allowed from walkway or water's edge. Very popular with senior citizens and young families. As seen by the fishing line on the powerline, they are definitely novices.
Parking coords are for the free access lot or you can pay $1 to drive in, but parking is not closer. TN State fishing license required.
Otherwise, I don't fish, but have enjoyed waymarking.
Recommended fishing methods: Worm or short line with bobber
