Bowser Ridge Model Airport is home to the JCRC and is located at:
190 Lancaster Road Kingsport, TN 37663
Directions: From I-26 take Exit 10 (old Exit 45) - Eastern Star Road.
Travel southeast on Eastern Star Road for approximately 0.7 miles, make a Right Turn onto Winchester Drive. Travel on Winchester Drive for approximately 0.2 miles, make a Left Turn onto Lancaster Road.
Continue on Lancaster Road for approximately 0.1 miles and Bowser Ridge Model Airport will be located on the right side of the road.
If the gate is unlocked, then welcomed to visit; otherwise, please stay off the property. Club has one main runway with four controller position, crowd seating, port-a-john, and limited locked storage. The grounds are built on top of a former landfill, but the area has grassed over thoroughly with a nice view of surrounding hills.
