A view looking south east across the Bedford Commons formerly known as the Bedford Public Square. The 1910 photo features a treeless square, with the Civil War Monument and the Baptist church. The train tracks in the for ground are now a one lane one way street.
The 2008 photo shows the square as it stands today, the Civil War Monument is visible but the house and Baptist Church are blocked by trees.
