This old ivy root appears to be a small child stretching his arms up the tree.

Depending on how you see it, this Simulacra can be the child reaching from behind the tree or he may have a large leg visible at the front. There is also another child reaching up on the other side whose arm you can see touching his.
It is located on the Arne Road on the verge.
