Each trail has been clearly marked with colored signs and named according to what you will find there. Trail names such as Green Lakes Trail, Round Lake Trail, Old Growth Trail, Brookside Trail, to name a few. The trail brochure available at the entrance to the park rates each trail on several factors, including, difficulty, walking/biking/or both, how long the trail is, and what you will find while traversing it. The trails are well maintained, clearly marked, pointing out interesting or scenic locations, and have plenty of benches located along the way for those who want to sit and take a break. There is an fee to enter Green Lakes State Park, usually around $7.00 per vehicle.
