This Spanish-American war memorial plaque is located in front of the Fulton War memorial, along with a memorial stone and plaques dedicated to each war we have faced through-out history.

The Fulton War Memorial is located on State Route 3 on the West side of the city. The war memorials are located in front of the building in an area made up largely of dedicated bricks from local residents and business'. There is a large stone memorial located in the center, with smaller plaques dedicated to each war in a semi-circle around the outside perimeter. It was dedicated on August 19th, 1995 by the Fulton Veterans Council and then presiding Mayor, Donald W. Bullard.
