Glen Bruce Park, 414 Broad Street, was part of the original design for the City of Kingsport, TN. Set between the original red brick post office (now city library) and electrical power office (soon to be another bank). It has a fountain (waymark WM4QM3), a gazebo (waymark WM4XH4), a piece of abstract art, and many benches typically used by the idle and smokers.
The park is used for jazz lunchtime concerts during the summer - and kick off for Kingsport Funfest weeklong festival. One blog even mentions that it was the live music was held for a tomato festival at the nearby farmer's market (in parking lot behind the gazebo).
Plenty of parking on Broad Street or in Library lot.
