A large two-colored tile with a smaller one above in one of the busiest intersections in downtown Philadelphia, right in front of the Hard Rock Cafe--how bold can this guy be!

This tile is accompanied by a red "crosswalk man", a figure cut out of similar material that appears frequently in crosswalks in the Franklin Parkway area. I don't think the two types of art are related, though.
