Rivers Edge Park - Philadelphia, PA/USA - Municipal Parks and Plazas on Waymarking.com

I first learned of this park due to searching for a geocache that is in this park (GC141JB) and according to the geocache informtion sheet, the park was created in a tiny piece of left-over land that was created due to construction of the I95 freeway.

There is a detailed website that tells all about the construction of that freeway (it does not mention the parks that were created, but it is a very interesting website nonetheless):
