Eagle Scout project was the landscaping for the entire memorial
Flag Poles erected by the Lions Club
the center fountain memorial erected by the City of St. Charles.
Monument is a fountain with slow constant flow of water. It runs from under the top outcropping down the grooved corners, and around the top of the bottom ledge gradually flowing out the corners on the bottom to gently splash in the bowl below. The gently splashing is to represent the constant flow of tears shed by all.
