Found this structure(River Gauge) tram,between the Stateline bridge of Washington and Idaho, and the Harvard St. bridge in Spokane,Washington. Has marker no numbers stamped only a North facing arrow.

Location.--Latitude 47°40'56", Longitude 117°05'05", in NW 1/4 Section 11, Township 25 North, Range 45 East, in Spokane County, Hydrologic Unit 17010305, on left bank 1.2 miles upstream from Liberty Bridge, 1.8 miles southeast of Otis Orchards, 3.3 miles northeast of Greenacres, and at river mile 93.9. Drainage area is 3,880 mi2, approximately. Datum of gage is 2,000 feet above NGVD of 1929.
