Dog grooming in a caboose!

This caboose is on one of the main thoroughfares in Albany, OR. It looks like it's just sitting in a parking lot, but after a closer look, the caboose is sitting on a pair of rails. I don't know who had the caboose place here or when, but someone did add a rail crossing light to add to the 'look' of everything.
On one side of the caboose, there is the logo for "Tripp & Tripp Shortline". I did a search on the web for any history of this railroad and found nothing. I think it might be a reference to a nearby realty company. If there really is a railroad by this name, I will edit this entry to include that information.
New information that has been provided to me: The caboose is a Southern Pacific #1219, built in 1942. This style of caboose is referred to as being a C-40-3. 215 of this style of caboose were built for the Southern Pacific and another line named the Texas & New Orleans.
Current Use: Dog grooming.
 Type Of Caboose: Cupola, "Standard"
