Viewed from above, the figures form the shape of a dragon. There are plans for over 150 figures in these fields, of "Screaming Heads". The location is famous throughout Ontario and has quite literally become a destination for travellers to Ontario's near north.

The closest townsite is "Burk's Falls", although this area is Midlothian Ridge. The artist calls his home Midlothian Castle and features a two headed dragon, spiderweb gates and even a bathtub on the roof. The birdhouse at one entrance has a cannon.

Behind the house you will see an emu farm. The Screaming Heads are arranged on the property in 3 main areas, each with it's own theme. One can literally spend hours touring the area. If you enjoy this area, sign the guestbook and/or leave a donation to the artist.

The sign at the entrance reads "Private Property - Enter at own risk". The sign is there for insurance purposes, and the public is welcome to wander the property. Don't park on the street - there is a pull out near the co-ordinates.

One of Ontario's most acclaimed geocaches is located nearby - "GCPJNV SCREAMING SKULLS".
