 Description of Memorial: Huge boulder with two plaques mounted on the front, standing in front of the town gazebo. A tall flag pole was erected in front of the boulder.
As I entered this town, the downtown is virtually closed. Two large plants in this town closed, and that must have wrecked havoc with their economy.
