If you travel along the Brey Head Cliff Walk from Brey to Greystones, you may come across this anchor along Greystones' beach.
Unfortunately, there is no plaque or monument associated with this anchor so a historical account cannot be provided. Since it is so close to the harbor currently under renovation, it fits in nicely with the area.
