Christian Fields - Trailhead Marker - Eagle Scout Project Sites on Waymarking.com

This marker was raised as an Eagle Scout project by Christian Fields. It sits along the trail to a geological oddity called the Eternal Flame. This is a natural methane leak in a small grotto behind a waterfall. It is alight all the time although it has been known to go out until someone relights it.

The hike is about 1.3 miles and wanders thru a forested area before climbing down into the canyon where the falls are.
