With a name like Flapjacks, their breakfast has got to be good, Sure enough, stacks of flapjacks are right at the top of the menu, although it's better to order a classic breakfast plate of eggs, meat, and homefries with a side of pancakes (instead of a side of toast). They also have a complete lunch menu, and serve both breakfast and lunch during all the hours they are open.
Flapjacks is located in the tiny town of Tres Pinos, which makes a good destination for a 5-mile bicycle ride from nearby Hollister, or a tasty stop on the way to Pinnacles National Monument.
