This Pizza Hut was the first dinner my wife and I had while visiting Kingsport, TN during a job interview 20 years ago. It has passed through several owners and managers. A few years ago the manager commented they were thinking about relocating the business, but here it remains. Was renovated about 5-6 years ago to update the iconic red roof and front sign. Interior has not changed in 20 years (same decor on the walls). Main change has been the buffet area.

For the traveler, take I-81 Exit 59. Head north towards Kingsport on main Fort Henry Drive through three traffic lights (and warning the third one has a red light enforcement camera in this direction). Pizza Hut is beside the Firestone store at the intersection with Lebanon Road to your left and Colonial Heights Road to your right.

Another main change over the years is Tennessee's no smoking law for restuarants, which opened up more seating options and better smell of hot pizza.
