This is one of our favourite aquariums of all time and is situated right on the seafront near the pier in Bournemouth.
The Oceanarium is divided into different underwater habitats including The Amazon, Mediterranean, Africa, The Ganges, Marine Research Lab, Dive Cage, Great Barrier Reef, The Abyss, Global Meltdown and Key West. There is a brilliant gift shop, educational displays and interaction for all and a cafe. In the aquarium you can walk under water through the underwater tunnel and see the turtles and sharks pass over your head!
