Llandudno Junction was named appropriately. It serves as a minor rail hub in north Wales for National Rail and Arriva Trains Wales.
There are plenty of trains either going westbound to Bangor or Holyhead and its ferries. Eastbound passengers can travel to Birmingham or London. Northbound passengers can make the short trip to the seaside resort town of Llandudno and southbound trips can be made to Blaenau Ffestiniog.
The station does have a part-time ticket window and a small coffee shop for passengers. The station does have a lift to make it fully accessible.
