This is the house at 4397 Second Street in Pleasanton, California where Rebecca Randall, played by Mary Pickford, lived with her aunts.

Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm (1917) is a silent film directed by Marshall Neilan based upon the novel Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm by Kate Douglas Wiggin. This version is notable for having been adapted by famed female screenwriter Frances Marion. The film was made by the "Mary Pickford Company" and was an acclaimed box office smash.

The film presents a series of comic episodes in the life of poor young girl Rebecca Randall, sent to live with her well-to-do aunts and get a proper education. She goes from selling Superba Soap door to door, reciting her unique poetry for Visitors Day at school to organizing a Circus Parade and Show and then going to boarding school. On the way she manages to help various people in trouble in her own understated way and also falls in love.
