This has a slightly dressier atmosphere than most noodle joints, with white tablecloths and wine service, but the emphasis is on fresh-cooked pasta and plenty of it. Loose Noodle gets very mixed reviews from tourists and locals, so it seems to depend on what you expect when you dine (and maybe on who is waiting tables that day)
