The Brynkir Woollen Mill produces its own yarn and a wide variety of woollen materials.
As you enter you are overwhelmed with all the machinery needed to make all the products available. After a brief self-guided tour of the machinery (none of which was operating on the day of our visit), you find yourself at the base of the stairs leading to the store.
They are open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 to 4:30 and Friday from 10:00 until 4:00.
We left with winter scarves as gifts for family members, placemats made from un-dyed wool (so they are mono-chromatic black and white), and a plain green necktie.
