These wooden carvings depict many animals and birds including a ram, snake and an eagle. They are painted brilliant bright colours and are very noticeable as you enjoy a walk through the area. They are located outside the public toilets and cafe and entrance to the Mini Golf.

The Totem Poles were created by Winchester-based sculptor Kate Arnold and designed by local pupils of Linwood Special School using images of animals and nature picked from the local area. They were unveiled in a ceremony on 10 July 2006 detailed here: (visit link)
